Tracking of tasks performed over several days

There are tasks that are difficult to convert to atomic so that each day can be completed or that for external reasons cannot be completed on the day but part of it has been done. In these cases Juno moves it to the next day, but there is no record that the previous day there was part of it that was performed during that day. I would like to have a record in some way that 1h of that task was completed the day before, for example, so that when evaluating my month in retrospect or justifying my work I can have that traceability.
